How do I know if I felt baby move?

I'm 19 weeks, 1 day with my first baby and haven't felt any movement...til today...I think  I felt him move but I've been really gassy today too lol. It felt kind of like a bubble popping in my stomach and I have a Doppler so I know about where he usually hangs out lol so it would make sense if it was him.  How do I know? What should it feel like?

I'm 19 weeks and I've felt him since around 17 and it feels like pop corn is popping in my stomach 😂 he is very active

It's so weird at first. When my baby moves it's like a fish swimming in closed quarters. I am almost 21 weeks. So now the movements are more pronounced. I can feel him moving into position. Once you feel it more often, you'll know. He also moves every 2 hours typically at the same time each day and after a lot of activity when I'm laying completely still is when I can feel him the most.

For me it felt almost like when you move your tongue across the inside of you cheek, but very gently. It felt weird but I could definitely tell that it was my baby.

I always described it as butterflies in my stomach. Like the feeling you get when you are really excited or when you go over a hill when you're in a car.
