Stomach lumps? Muscles or something else?

I've always had my upper stomach budge out more than anything else. It doesn't really look like muscles to me it just looks kinda gross?
Are my stomach muscles shaped weird or Could it be something else?

They are not shaped weird and it's not something else.  They are your muscles. If u were to do sit ups,  crunches and other core training excerises,  those same muscles along with all the other ones on your stomach, would get more defined, and look more in shape. I'm NOT saying ur not in shape. U have a very flat stomach.. u muscles are just not defined..core excerises would tight them

It honestly just looks like your abs to me. You have to keep in mind that as muscles grow and change from exercise, their look can vary greatly just like any other part of the body. If you Google abs or 6 pack you will find a large variety in the appearance of the ab muscles from person to person.
