I'm EBF and Ever since my milk came in my little one poops after every feeding but he cries right before he does almost like he's in pain and he finally stops once he gets the poop out. Is this normal or could my milk not be settling well with him?

It's usually normal since that's a new sensation for them. But you can try cutting out dairy for two weeks and see if it improves.

Something you are eating might affect him. I cannot have onions. They have affected my daughter since day one and still now at 10 months.
