The all clear detergent is really good if u r going to try to switch and it's cheaper then actual baby detergents

Probably a heat rash then but call the dr tomorrow and see if they will check her out

I don't think you should worry! It looks like the same rash my baby had. She was born August 20th and we noticed it on the 21st. It just cleared up completely within the last 2 days. I forgot the extremely long name for it but the doctors said its just a simple baby rash that most newborn babies get and it'll clear up on its own!

I personally would get it checked out. You just never know, could be harmless but it's everywhere and your bub is still so young. Good luck, I hope it's nothing serious 😊
