How do I hand express my milk so that I can rub it on my baby's acne ?

Answer

Hold a warm rag on your breast and then massage it a bit. (You don't have to do this but I always do it before I pump because I think it helps) And then firmly cup your breast from the side/bottom with your nipple coming out where your thumb and pointer finger make a ring and pull it back towards your body, and then squeeze and pull down towards the nipple until you are squeezing the nipple. Kind of hard to explain but I did my best. Haha. If that doesn't make sense, maybe you could find a video online or YouTube or a step by step picture thingy.
