During my whole pregnancy people told me about how after you have a baby you lose a lot of hair but I didn't think it was true here I am 3months PP and I'm losing so much hair am I the only one ? If not what're you doing to not lose as much or to completely stop it if possible ftm help

It's very normal. When you were pregnant your hair quit falling out due to hormoans. And now that your body is returning to normal so is your hair growth cycle, so all that hair that didn't fall out before is falling out now. You will lose a lot, it will get thinner. But it will grow back.  Just take care of your scalp in the meantime and you'll be fine.

Oh my goodness yes! And it's everywhere, constantly vacuuming the couch and pulling hair from LOs fingers, and always so mug on the back of my shirt. And it's breaking. I have whifts of small pieces like bangs. Ugh! This has to be the worst part of the entire pregnancy / post partum for me.

Ugh this just started for me too and on top of that major hair breakage!!! Like um starting a mullet on top of my head(not that extreme but it feels like it!!)

Omg it started right around the : month mark and holy cow am I losing a lot of har 😩 I am taking a post natal for breastfeeding moms and that isn't even helping 👎🏼

Omg it's horrible!!! When I brush it I fill the brush. When I take out a hair tie it's covered! When I take shower the drain is full! My husband asks if I'm ok all the time!!
