There are people who develope food allergies while pregnant and then they go away. I would give your doctor a call and do a follow up to make sure your okay and to see what your next step is, it might be process of elimination in finding what it was. I think baby should be fine but if you do go to your doctor ask them. One way to know if it's allergies is one it'll most likely be itchy and 2 Benadryl should help.

Hey guys I was wondering if food allergies can affect the baby? I'm 11 weeks pregnant I ate a homemade cheeseburger with veggies in it. It had carrots celery cucumber tomato grilled onion cooked ham/bacon lettuce ketchup and mustard. I ate most of it because i know the baby has to eat. After an hour I started to feel sick. I wasn't nauseous but I couldn't keep the burger down so I threw up :( .after I noticed I had red dots all over my face and neck. Idk what gave me the allergy bc i usually eat all of the ingredients once in a while and nothing like this happened before. I'm just concerned that the food allergies might affect my baby.

The red dots could also mean it is from the force of the gags while u were throwing up its called pitichea I don't know if I spelt it right. Look it up online. I would get checked if u think it's allergies because when there is more than one system involved (example: gastro since ur throwing up and skin (blotches)). It can mean ur having an anaphylaxis. ER!
