It's 3 almost 4 am and I'm sooo miserable 😩 I can't stop sneezing my nose is running and I can't breath through my nose I gotta be up at 7:30 any meds I can take ? I'm 19+3 weeks pregnant

My dr told me to take generic Sudafed but only as needed. It's helped me

I take Benadryl when my allergies get bad.  That will help with sneezing, itchy eyes, etc.  For congestion they said only saline nose spray.
