Eve app help?!? please ?!

Okay eve has always worked fine. And been accurate. But I got my period. Told eve when it asks "did you get your period" yes. Then when my period was over it went to my furtile window like it's supposed to. But now it's randomly changed to "your period is 15 days late" my period was not late.
