Does this name sound feminine or masculine?

Question

I am in love with the name Hadley for a little girl. If I have a girl (if I ever get pregnant) Hadley Mae would be her name.  I have never met another person with this name but my mom knew a boy named Hadley. She says it's sounds masculine and is a boys name.
 When you hear it what do you think?

Also my name is Heather and Hadley means field of Heather :) it's meant to be! Lol

I was in Babies R'Us the other day and there was a preemie newborn in there with the name Hadley. She was a girl. I've never heard it for a boy.

It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. The name we chose for my boy everyone thinks is to girly. Especially my mom. I got comments from her my whole pregnancy like don't do that to him... Her always suggesting new names. I'm 37 weeks now and just told her last week it's our baby, our last one and we will name him whatever we want. She was upset for a bit.... Haven't heard any new name suggestions since! If you love it do it!
