Time taken to conceive

Hi all! Me and my other half are both 23 years old (he turns 24 in October and me in November), and have been having unprotected sex since March. I had my Nexaplanon implant removed in December and periods returned to normal straightaway. I just wanted to find out from any fellow 23-year-olds how long it took you to conceive? Finding it hard to stay sane as my Facebook seems clogged with new pregnancies on a weekly basis!!!
