Temp Dip????

Question

Yesterday morning my temp was 98.6. Then last night it dropped to 96.4. And this morning it was back up to 97.8. Do any of you know what this means? I have a killer headache this morning and I took two sips of coffee and almost threw up.

You're last nights temp doesn't mean anything. Your temp changes constantly throughout the day. The only temps that mean a thing (for TTC that is) are your morning temps before getting out of bed.

Sounds like you're just randomly taking your temperature. Those don't mean anything. BBT is a very specific method of temping and you need to be consistent. Even when done properly it's not the individual temps that mean much but the overall patterns through the cycle. You also need a bbt thermometer.

The only reason I say anything about it is my temp is never ever below 96.8. I have never had a temp of 96.4. That was extremely low.
