When to call Dr ?

At what point should I call the dr? I'll be a week late tomorrow, had some spotting & light cramping last week which is unusual for me. I never spot and I usually get awful cramps the day of AF, but these were dull and lasted a couple days off & on. I got a BFN yesterday with FMU.
