Antibiotics on the pill??

I got my wisdom teeth out today so they told me I HAVE to take these antibiotics, but I had sex two days ago. I'm on the pill, I take it every day on time, and we use condoms every time. My big concern is if something maybe "slipped by". The birth control was the only thing keeping me sane. If I had protected sex 2 days ago and I'm taking the antibiotics today, should I be concerned??
