how do you make swallowing easier
For the longest time I didn't like to swallow I refused to but for my boyfriend I tried it once and it wasn't that bad the first time. Although ever grime time after that. Has been hard for me it tastes horrid and it's hard for me to swallow and the taste won't leave my mouth for like an hour.
