random sims question

I know this is random but does anyone play sims freeplay? If so I need help with a task. There's a "practice firefighting using neighbors fire hydrant" but every house I go to doesn't have one so I can't get that task completed until I do. I bought a fire hydrant and put it in my yard but I guess you can't do it in your own house since it obviously says "neighbors" so any suggestions or does anyone have a fire hydrant?
