That's how my stretch marks looked at first. As far as the pain though, I'd definitely mention it to your doctor.

You might be getting your milk and it hurts when it starts to really get ready to come and your boobs stretch and that itches like hell so I know you said you didn't scratch but maybe you had a bra on and rubbed under your boob or something subconsciously good luck take a shower and wash with antibacterial soap if your concerned about the scratches and apply cocoa butter after to help the itchiness

That happened to me a few nights ago when I scratched (not even hard!), it looked exactly like that. Are you sure you didn't scratch subconsciously? I also had similar marks like that from one of my bras that was too tight

I have had these marks before it was caused by scratching my boob as it was itchy and left these marks on me hope this helps 🙂

Looks like scratch marks from where you scratched it... Any time I have an itch and scratch on my boob it does that more so around nipple

Sometimes that happens when u itch them hard and get broken capillaries
