Confused

I'm seriously a little scared and confused my son is one week today and been a normal baby is so far only cries when he's hungry or when his diaper is being changed ...today idk whose baby this is ....this baby cries anytime he is awake gets really hot and frustrated while he's crying ....only will sleep in my arms ...does not have a temperature... is pooping peeing and burping regularly I don't know what's wrong????? HELP
