Femara and multiples?

Is it common to have multiples with Femara? I really hope so any experiences would help.

Femara and Clomid have the same effects but imo Femara doesn't have the same side effects. I did 4 rounds of Clomid and only ovulated 2 times, once with 50 mg and once with 100 mg. I'm now on 5 mg of Femara and I'm now in my fertile window. There is a chance to have multiples with Femara just as there is with Clomid. If you are using Femara for treatment of infertility due to pcos then there isn't as great of a chance of multiple eggs being released. I, so far, like Femara much better than clomid. I had every single side effect there was. I feel great now. Hoping this month is it. Been trying for 18 months!

I just had my ultrasound on cd 13 after Femera. I had 1 follicle that was 17.8. The next biggest was 10.5 so it sounds like if I get pregnant it'll be just 1 this month.
