Ice on the top of your belly by the head, quiet music at the bottom. Acupuncture and chiropractor (worked for a friend with baby #6, at 35+ weeks). Modified child's pose (yoga), with your bum up and your head down, holding for 30 minutes, or as long as it comfortable. The yoga got my #2 baby to turn at around 32 weeks.
Breech baby?
Well ladies. Went for a size check on him today. He is weighing over 8 1/4 lbs at 36 weeks! 😂
Butttttt, he's breech. Butt down. 😳. He was head down last week?!? The doctor I saw today (not my normal doc) was a complete ass and acted bothered that he had to answer my questions. Said there is absolutely nothing I can do to flip him and to prepare myself for a c section.
I know a c section is not the end of the world (so please don't take it that way!!). But for me with 3 other children 3 and under and a husband who works 3rd shift. It just isn't the easiest option.
With that being said. Anyone have any tips/tricks/old wives tales to help get this munchkin to flip?!?
