Does old navy baby clothes run small?

They had a bunch of summer baby clothes from 50 cents to 4 dollars and I went crazy and picked up a bunch of stuff. The only sizes I saw was 12-18 or 18-24 but they look soo small. Do you think baby girl will be able to wear it next summer?

No my experience with old navy has been that they always run big . I buy my 7 year old a size smaller then normal when ever I shop there
