Feel like utter death 😩

12 weeks 3 days and honestly can say I feel like absolute death. I can't keep anything down including fluid nearly got admitted to hospital today because I am severally dehydrated. Please someone tell me this gets better I literally have not moved from my sofa in 2 weeks and have lost like 6 kilos this is killing me I can't stop crying for feeling so unwell 😩😩😩😩
