EBF switching to Combo- help?

Hi! So my 9 week old starts daycare next Tuesday, and unfortunately I'm terrible at pumping. I'll pump what I can, but she will more than likely be getting formula while she's away during the day. I'd love to continue breastfeeding while she's at home though. Does anyone have advice for ensuring that I don't lose my supply with the decrease in stimulation during the day? If you've been in this situation, could you share as tohow it turned out for you? I'd greatly appreciate it! TIA!

When i went back to work, i was pumping and breastfeeding but it was so hard to keep up with the demand. I then started supplementing with formula while i was at work and breastfeeding as often as possible while at home. I then started noticing that baby would be on the boob forever and still act hungry, she was also very fussy while on the boob. I finally gave in and she is now mostly formula fed with little breastfeeding "snacks". I can hear her swallowing so i know she's getting something but its not much and it never fills her, sometimes i think its more comfort nursing than actually feeding. Im also 16w pregnant so that might also be a cause for my drop in supply. I didnt really take supplements but i did feed on demand while at home and i pumped every 2-3 while at work. I really should have been pumping at home too but i didnt. So for us, it didnt work out so great but at least i have a happy and healthy baby. Good luck, hope you have a better experience!
