TMIHusband won't have sex while I'm on AF

First, my periods lately have lasted anywhere from 20-30 days at a time. I have PCOS and I need medication but at the time, I cannot afford it. So I'm usually on my period for at least three weeks lately. My husband was really horny last month when I was on my long period so we had sex in the shower towards the end of my period when it was light. I've currently been on my period for 2 1/2 weeks and it's not light yet, but it's medium flow. Last month, I gave him blow jobs throughout the time I was on af. This time, I try touching him so I can give him a bj and he always jerks away from me or pushes my arm out of the way. Since we got married 6 months ago, he also seems to kind of pull away when I try to touch him and he never really seems into sex as much as I am. Now he acts like he thinking it would be discussing to have sex while I'm on my period so he purposely "forgets". We were supposed to shower together tonight and he was supposed to come get me before he got in the shower but he never did. I didn't know he had showered until I saw him and his excuse for not telling me was "I waited and you didn't come back so I showered". Am I over reacting? I have felt so bad about my body since we got married and I feel like I'm him mom more than his wife. He comes home from work, I make dinner and then I drive him to a friends house (he hates driving and then he says the drive there is our "dates"). I just feel so useless. I was unemployed up until last week and I thought getting a job would make things better because I'll be contributing but all its done so far is made me miss 2 important family things with my family that lives hours away. Am I overreacting? I don't know how to make him want to be with me as much as I want to be with him and it's killing me.
