How can I get my boobs to sit up nice and perky? They don't look bad now but because they are big they weigh down and I just want them to sit up nice and perky without the help of a bra! 😅

Look up workouts and look for the ones that target the muscles ABOVE and to the sides of them. Their may be no muscle directly inside your breast but their is muscles all around them.

You can't do that. There are no muscles in boobs so you can't tone or lift them without surgery.
All boobs are shaped differently, some are top heavy and some are bottom heavy but they're all beautiful.
