Can you?

What are the chances of falling pregnant on your period if your SO didnt finish in you? Apparently i'm 7 weeks and 6 days as of my dating scan... we had sex like twice last month not during ovulation!! Could my dating scan be wrong and i could be further along? I didnt drink much water before the appointment as i was feeling sick, could this have made a difference to the size/scan?
