cramps 4 days after period..

so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I guess it's fine. anyone's opinions are welcomed lol.

so I've been off my period for four days now, and for about three hours now, had bad cramps I couldn't even sit up. it's only on one side. I've tried googling but I really shouldn't do that because it ends up scaring me more than helping. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else so I know what to do :( side note in case this is important I had sex the day after my period ended.
