12 weeks and spotting?

Wiped today and noticed some very little but visible brown discharge.. Should I be worried? I haven't had an appointment yet not until September 7th. I have had a lot of cramping but when I do I don't have spotting. I'm starting to get very worried now. Any help?

I am 11 weeks and have brown spotting it's not a lot but it's there. I called my dr and he said if I'm not cramping , filling a pad a hour, or bleeding bright red I should be fine. I'll pray for you.

It is normal to have spotting during pregnancy as long it is not bright red and assosiated with cramping. But I am not a doctor. I would advise you to let your OB know and maybe even go the ER. I had brown spotting between weeks 8 to 11. The baby is fine and healthy.
