college ! just a hook up ?

So I went on a date with a guy and we ended up hooking Up. I don't really feel bad because I am okay with myself and am comfortable with myself . I told him I didn't want just a hook up but . Me and him are not talking anymore. Should I just leave it or try to talk to him more .
