Pain pain pain

I went through a miscarriage in May and I am currently 6W pregnant. I am almost positive I have a uti and it hit me like a brick wall. I am wiping pink which scares me to death. I called my dr and they told me to come in tomorrow, they didn't seem worried. Prayers for me please.
