please help my stomach hurts and I don't know what to do
I'm 13 and my lower stomach hurts it's not that bad but it's really uncomfortable. I want to go to bed but I can't. I can't poop either. I just started my period this minute. I don't know how to make it go away it's just making me feel miserable😭😭😭 I just wanna cry so bad
