Bloated or Weight Gain?
Good evening!
My period is due next Thursday, and I usually start having PMS symptoms 1-1.5 weeks before my period actually starts (which I've read is normal).
Anywho. Ive noticed my belly sticking out a bit more here lately & I'm not sure if I'm just bloated or if I've gained weight. I get 5.5hrs of exercise DAILY, due to my line of work. However, it's so late when I get home, I'm starving. So I eat a lot, maybe too much, & then go to bed. I know it's not healthy, but there's no way for me to eat dinner in the field.
ANYWAY. My main question is how can I tell if I'm just bloated or if I've gained weight?
Any tips to help with bloating?
