I have around a 29/30 day cycle each month, ovulate around cd 17/19 (hopefully) but like 2 days after ive ovulated i already know im not going to be pregnant because i feel like little pre period crampy niggles literally 10/11 days before i even come on! Maybe even before implantation has occured! So i write that month off instantly as i know those niggles. I wish i could not know and do this dpo thing people do etc but a few days after O i know nothings happened, anybody else get the same pains at the same time and have any good news stories?
