Burning pain under ribs 14 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone! I'm kind of worried. I was sitting on the couch not doing much of anything. All of a sudden a felt like I couldn't breathe. I went outside to get some air but I just felt dizzy as though I was about to pass out. I came back in and tried to relax but now I'm having a burning sensation just under the bottom of my ribs. Could it just be indegestion? I am 14+1 weeks pregnant. Thanks!
