Pregnant after 2 miscarriages

Just found out I'm pregnant again after having two miscarriages. DH isn't overly excited yet as he's scared I'll miscarry again. But he's stressing me a little, he's trying to tell me I need to cut back my hours from work & heaps of other things. I work as a nurse and do heaps of night shifts. It's upsetting me as I can't just cut back work all of a sudden. I'm only 4 weeks pregnant & I understand he's worried, I am too! But life still must go on. How do I handle this? As I feel like I'm constantly being lectured about working.
