Bleeding after cervix check ?!

Question

I had my 39 weeks appointment yesterday with cervix check after that I had bleeding,called my doctor,was advised that was normal. I'm curious who had the same? If so- did you go into labor soon after that?

My OB keeps telling me to possibly expect some bleeding after being checked. Haven't had any so far though.

37 weeks and I got checked yesterday and I've been seeing blood. LOTS of cramping.. I'm dilated at a 3. But no signs of labor

At 38 + 3 I was already dilated to 3cm & 70% effaced when I went to L&D for contractions 2-3 mins apart. I didn't make any changes so I was sent home to labor. After they checked my cervix twice I spotted for the first time ever. & then I got the bloody show after Losing my mucus in pieces for a whole week prior. Needless to say 3 hours later I was in full blown labor my water broke while sleeping at home. It can happen.

Didn't experience any bleeding after having cervix checked with the first, but I had it when I was checked for the first time this pregnancy last week. I was 4cm, but the bleeding started a couple hours later + cramping and contractions. The bleeding was more than I was comfortable with so I went in and they monitored me for a bit, checked me again and I was 5.5cm & 70% effaced... Since contractions weren't regular I was sent home. Interested to see if I've progressed even more... We'll see on Friday.

I bled after both cervical checks for a few days after. No cramping so I didn't go in. She said it was normal and she would see me next week!

Yeah I had some spotting, with some major cramping too for like two hrs that night, but I was able to push thru the pain and finally fall asleep. I was fine. Then the next checkup I had no blood just the terrible cramping that went away too. Hang in there!

I had my cervical check last week and the next day I bled and felt very crampy. Very light and pink in color. Im 38 weeks now and my next appt is tomorrow. We shall see if I progressed more. As of last week I was one centimeter. My niece stayed at 3 for a couple weeks and had to be still be induced at 41 weeks. It all depends on your body. Good luck!

At 37 I had like old period blood for just a few hrs

and at 38 it was the same
 I got checked at 10am started having contractions at 7pm slept thru most been up since 4am with them being 7-8 min apart I had bright red discharge when I went to the rr...

and at 6 they pretty much stopped 😩
I'm going to call my dr here at 8 see what they say

At 34 weeks I went into the hospital because doctors thought I was going into preterm. So they checked me about 3 times and the 3rd time I closed up a little so they sent me home. As I was taking a shower I was washing my lady parts and I did have some blood. I'm 38 weeks now and haven't had any signs of labor😢
