I just bought my basal thermometer & idk how to use it. Where do i check my temp? I know some woman insert it in their vaginas. Do i insert it there or can I insert orally to get accurate temp? & do i read the exact temp or add a degree ? (I was told this before so im just asking to make sure) ...
