Alright so at my school we're in to be #1 in state for varsity swimming so our coach is pushing us to our limits. Maybe about four days ago I noticed an annoying pit maybe feeling or just a block. I'm not sure how to describe it. It's right under my breasts and yes, it's internal. It hurts to breathe in all the way and breathe out. Last night I barely slept cause it hurt and I didn't want to go to the hospital. Any help or advice is great, thanks.
