Heart rate seems fast! 33 weeks

My heart rate all of a sudden seems a lot quicker (like its pounding out of my chest) and I feel out of breath and faint like I just went running... And all I'm doing is sitting.. Is this normal for 33 weeks? I don't see my OB until next week.. So I didn't know if I should be worried and call or wait it out...
