Annoyed

I found out that I was pregnant July 13th. According to my lmp I was due March 19th. 4 weeks ago they did an u/s and said I was measuring 6 weeks, but that they didn't change the due date unless it was +/- a week in the 2nd trimester. Today I go and they're like, well you're 10w3d (I thought I was a week further) I already feel like I've been pregnant forever since I've known, forever. I'm just irritated I guess. Plus dealing with GD already, I'm done with being pregnant, lol
