Lose weight before pregnancy
I have been ready a lot on here( about losing the weight ) should I do it / what are the benefits / baby's health ect ect...
So I have decided to join the ban waggon
Of trying to drop 20 lbs putting me below
185_ 180 but after reading the post I see it's more important to be healthy and not just to lose weight but change habits
Week 1 of trying this and I feel like the cookie monster to food. Going from 3,000 calories or better to trying to stay down to 1,500 plus detoxing from flour, soy, oil and corn syrup ( I know strange combo but most importantly staying away from food that hurts ttc also I dont think I have psoc but there are food to make it flare and foods to help so I'm clean sweeping my kitchen
What are some items you have stopped or started to help with ttc.
