I know I've gained "too much" weight...

Okay. So pre-pregnancy I weighed 138 and I am 5 2". I was happy with my weight and worked out like maybe 3 times a week. I'm pretty curvy and totally ok with that, I've never been a stick. 
I am now 25 weeks pregnant and I weigh 165........that is a 27 lb weight gain. My doctor is Not helpful when I ask her about my weight gain. She kind of just avoids saying, you've gained too much or it's totally normal. She's so vague is drives me nuts. I see some people saying they have only gained 10 lbs and it really freaks me out. My stomach is HUGE. But there is only one baby in there! It's a boy. 💙
I try and exercise as much as possible, which usually ends up being 3 times a week if I'm lucky... And I eat pretty middle of the road. A lot of fruit and veggies but a steady supply of dark chocolate and I allow myself to splurge when I'm craving cause seriously life is hard enough! Lol 
Anyone have any tips for weight management? or gained as much as I have? Is it normal??? It's so concerning to me but I can't seem to slow the scale down.
