6 m0nths and exhausted!

Soooo I'm now 6 months pregnant and I'm so exhausted! I've been tired my whole pregnancy...like not an ounce of energy but now I feel like it's getting worse! Any suggestions on how to get more energy besides sleep since I would 5 days a week lol???
