Be careful. There is a difference between loving a person romantically and loving a person you are friends with.

People act differently in a relationship then they do around someone they have feelings for. It is really easy to push aside a long relationship for the fun of falling for someone else but that doesn't mean you are any better for the other person then you are in your current relationship.

I mean, sure it's possible... But that means you're not putting enough work into the relationship you're in. It's easy to fall out of love, and takes hard work to keep a relationship strong.

This is why I don't like this "married to your true love/soul mate" BS. I don't think there's such a thing that naturally occurs. It may feel like it, but you have to keep working at it or it'll fall apart. Thinking love is easy is why the divorce rate is so high.

(Also, no this does not count for abusive relationships. You don't need to try harder, because they're the complete dickbag)
