My husband and I have been searching for the right starter home for the past 2 years!

We looked around for about two weeks before goin with a realtor. We found what we wanted our first trip out. And we bought it (after the haggling and the paperwork) about two months later.

Second house : one year
Third: 2 months

Answer

4 months until we found one in October. The closing was in February.
