Antibiotics is the way to go, specially if you're pregnant. UTI can irritate the uterus and give you some contractions. Your OB can prescribe safe antibiotics and drink lots of water and some cranberry jucie, 100% juice not the ones that say cocktail, but the more water you drink the better it is and the faster you flush the infection out. Call your OB.
