Nanny - Child Care in Home...recommended agency/site??

I'm a FTM and due 12/24/16 Csection scheduled for 12/16/16 because of my own medical issues and will need a nanny. Any Recommendations on where the best place is to find the perfect person?? Any advice on pay, experience, what I need to ensure she has or I should do?

I mean, I got hired off of care.com. But you do have to be careful since anyone can post a profile on there, so background checks are a must. but I find it useful from the nanny/employee side of things.
