When using a stroller what way is baby strapped in at 5 months?

I have a 5 month old and I am wondering what other mom's did when their LO's were in a stroller. I like him in the carseat area because he always wants to watch me and it's easier for him to fall asleep. But I've seen so many other mom's with their LO's in the stroller buckles so I am not sure.

I know there is not right or wrong answer, I am just curious of what other mom's do at that age.

If they can sit up they can sit in the actual stroller

We have a convertible car seat so we just used the stroller right from the start. It's better for baby to come out of the car seat anyway

You can put them in the car seat or if they can't sit alone lay the seat to the stroller back and let them sit in there or if they can sit alone you can leave the seat sitting up and put them in... its all personal preference...

We used the car seat. Way easier to get him in and out. If he fell asleep we would disturb him

Honestly at that age it could be either. They will likely outgrow their infant seat soon, if they haven't yet and then you'll have put them straight in the stroller. No reason you can't use the carseat until then though :)
