Birth Control Implant?

Question

I want to get it because I heard that it stops your period all together, but I'm not sure. Has everyone one else had it? Did cause any problems? And things like that

Edit has anyone also tried the "Hormonal intrauterine device" or the patch?

I had rhe nexplanon implant for 3 years and I bled everyday ! It works great if you don't want to get pregnant but I literally had my period everyday but it's different for everybody my friend had it and she had no period

From what I've heard it's horrible. I've known a few people who've had it and had serious issues.  One broke,  one was inserted too deep into my friends muscle and also had to be removed, it makes you seriously depressed etc. 
I always have felt weird about using a type of birth control I had to get a doctor's permission to stop. I like to have control over my body. I'm on nuvaring and LOVE it. Also,  I don't have to have a period of I don't want to. I just take my ring out every 3 weeks, and put another in immediately after instead of waiting a wait for my period then putting it in.  I do usually wait the week though. I like confirming I'm not pregnant lol.

I have the Nexplanon implant too, only had it in just over a year but I'm pretty much always bleeding. I'm actually considering having it out very soon! But yeah, it does have different effects of everyone! 🙊🙈
