Letrozole success?

Question

So i just finished my days 3-7 of letrozol and go in to check my follicles on Friday! This is my first cycle on it! Any ladies have experience/success with letrozol and how many eggs where there when they checked follicles.

I go in tomorrow and I'm hoping for some good size follicles! I have PCOS and MTHFR. Three miscarriages this year and I'm really hoping this is our month. Baby dust to you!

Just finished my first round as well! Went in on cd10 and there was 1 11mm in left, none in right. On cd 13 there were 2 15mm in left, none on right, and by cd 15 there was an 18mm and 22mm in left ovary, none in the right ( mind you there were many small follicles as I have pcos but none of any substantial size) I was very happy with that and am now in my tww with those follicles! Good luck
